Suggest Remedy For Dark Red Spots Due To Acne

hello.I am 24 year old guy. I have had acne problem for a long time. But it had subsided. But of late i am again having an outbreak of acne all over my place and it leaves dark red spots everywhere. Also i had a wound on my right cheek which has left a reddish spot there too. Can anybody please help?
