Suggest Remedy For Dark Reddish Brown Spots After Waxing

hi,whenever i get my waxing done certain dark reddish brown spots like scars come and they dont even go.now i have so many of those spots on my legs and hands which seem to be permanent now.my hair are a bit thick.the scars looki ugly.is there any way to make them permanently go or to lighte them in any way?
