Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots On Face

Hi doc, im using panderm plus. now i got dark spot in my face. But compared to past my face became much fair. But darks spots are there in many places in my face. What to do now. But if i do stop this ill get black again in very few days.Is there any cream that i can get fairness without a side effects??
