Suggest Remedy For Dark Spots On Lips And Mouth

I started to notice dark spots on my upper lip about a month ago. Then my lower lip, closer to he corners of my mouth dark spots started to show up there. Now around my entire mouth there is Tingling numbness feeling and products that I use to use on a daily such as chapstick (Blistexs, EOS) or anything minty and medicated burns my lips. I don't know what its is or why its happening.
