Suggest Remedy For Darkened Facial Skin Post Using Face Wash

Hi Sir, my skin was oily. So past 4 Years i was using Garnier oil clear face wash.its good and no oil skin for 4hrs.because of that my color changed to dark. So my friends ask me change the face wash to soap. which soap can you recomed to me or can i continue with garnier?
