Suggest Remedy For Darkness In Armpit

sir i have a dark arm pit and due to negligence of my body during my adolescence!!!now i twenty and really feel dirty!!!tried a lot to get rid of it!!!but no favourable result!!!please suggest me with some remedy!!i tried consulting doctors face to face but i feel quite shy to speak this out!!!kindly help!!
