Suggest Remedy For Dehydration And Low Potassium Levels

Hello, I am a very active 41 year old female and back in June I had a spell with dizziness and weakness which lead me to the hospital. I was diagnosed with dehydration and low potassium. My heart rate was also in the low 100's. I have seen a cardiologist and MRI due to dizziness. MRI came back normal with citing's of small white matter on my brain. My neurologist said that the MRI is normal and should not be concerned. I run daily and I don't smoke or drink alcohol. During this time I had acute sinus infection and was put on antibiotics. My question to you is that I am doing great other than the daily dizziness I get in my head. I can feel sinus pressure and suction in my ears. I am doing clariton and sinus rinses but still present. My doctor also mentioned that I had fluid in my ears and to do some exercises. Should I be worried that this is more than allergies/sinus? Please let me know what your thoughts are.
