Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods And Brown Discharge

Hi, I'm 24 fit & healthy, my period is 7 days late, have had unprotected sex . Negative test a few days ago. Today I noticed some light brown discharge with very little bits of stringy stuff.( only when I wipe) . I'm not sure what I should do? Or why this is happening? Hope you can help.
