Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods,nausea And Sore Nipples

Hi, I am 51 and up to 3 months ago had regular periods. I am currently 5 days late, have lower abdominal period type pain and an ache/pain across the pubic bone. It is more uncomfortable when walking. I have really sore nipples and am feeling nauseous at times. Could this be the menopause starting ??
