Suggest Remedy For Delayed Ejaculation

Hello, My boyfriend and I are both 45. He was previously married to someone who did not like sex and resorted to alot of masturbation. He continues to do so atleast one to two times a day. The issue is that when we are together he takes forever to have an orgasm! He usuallly will just masturbate while I help and even that takes a long time. What could be the problem?
