Suggest Remedy For Delayed Periods,severe Lower Abdomen Pain And Stomach Bloating

I missed my period this month, i am 20 days late, i have taken a pregnancy test at which came back negative, i recently started to experience terrible lower abdominal pain and my stomach has bloated out since. please help i'm in alot of pain when i move and when i move i get short of breath
