Suggest Remedy For Dent In Forehead

Hi there, I woke up this morning with two small dents right in the middle of my forehead - with the one towards the right being the more prominent. Seven hours later and they are still there! They aren't really that noticeable to other people - only when pointed out - but i can feel them (especially the one on the right)when I run my fingers over them. Where on earth have these come from? I have had a very sore sinus on the left hand side of my face for a couple of weeks, so I don't know if this is somehow related? The trouble is, i have always suffered sinus problems and headaches so these symptoms are nothing new; but I have definitely never had a dented forehead before!!
