i am suffering from severe depression and anxiety i am 37 years old and i got my ovaries and uterus removal the age of 32 due to some complications and i am also suffering from severe insomnia i can t i haven t slept for the past few days at all please help meI am suffering from severe depression and anxiety I m 37 and got my ovaries removed at age of 32 and not taking any hormonal replacement trt and I am suffering from severe insomnia problem plz help
