Suggest Remedy For Depression, Palpitations And Sleeplessness

i ve bin sufferiyng from anxiety/depression since last 8 months feeling numbness nd palpitation,sleeplessness.dr.advised me alprax0.25 but i dont take it bcoz of its side effect.i m 50 yrs old ndmost propably going through menaupause.plz guide me. thank u.
