Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain Due To Norovirus?

Hi,
I had Norovirus 3 weeks ago but my digestive system hasn't returned to normal since. I have been going to the toilet a lot more often - on average 8 times a day and most of the time I have diarrhoea and diarrhoea tablets don't help. Yesterday and today I have also had a pins and needles type feeling on the surface of my left abdomen.
What can I do to help my body recover?
