Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea Post Hemorrhoid Surgery

I have had constant diarrhea for the last 3 days I had hemerroid surgery on Friday for the first 4 days I was in agony trying to go to the toilet when I did eventually go it was only a tiny amount of diarrhea but it s gradually got worse I ve not taken any laxative since Monday so it can t be that do you have any ideas? I ve not bled at all which I also find strange as I was told my first bowel movement to expect to bleed
