Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing After Spider Bite

I got a spider bite in my pubic area and red all around it. Experienced nausea today but thought it was car sickness. Feels a little hard to breathe tonight. I also have another bite that looks like a large pinhole with a blue ring around it by my kneecap
