Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Erection When On Telmisartan

Hi Doc, I am 39 and weigh approx 300 pounds...I am on a medication for Hypertension and take Telmisartan 80 mg one tablet daily. Apart from that I have no medical condition like diabeties etc. I also induldge in heavy drinking and smoking twice in a week. I had a good sex life uptill recent and I masturbate atleast once daily on an average. Off late I am facing issues in getting a proper erection. Please suggest suitable medication
