Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Holding Food And Acid Reflux Due To Lump On Xiphoid Process

yes I m hoping you can answers question for me I have a large lump on my xiphoid process. I notice in this approximately 6 months ago I have trouble holding food down. I have lost a little more than 64 lbs since due to the fact that I am having trouble holding food down. I do suffer with acid refulx and take zantac 150mg daily.. any thoughts?
