Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Swallowing Solid Food

i cant swollow food properly, it dosnt hurt it just feels like it gets stuck behind my dangaly thing and i have to like swollow twice, but it aways feels like i am going to choke even tho its like beans or somthing real small, it seems to have started 4 days ago, and i have been drinking soup and eating mash, please suggest what to do , drew :(
