Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Swallowing

hi i am quite concerned abot my throat. it feels really weird, like my estopaggis is flapping, moving about and very uncomfortable to swallow, i went to my GP and she told me it was anxiety, because i was getting palpitations. i am a smoker (4 years) and when i dont smoke for a few hours it gets slightly better. do you know what this is?
