Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Urination Post Treatment For Frequent Urination

Hi,I was used to a bad habbit of masturbation and masturbate 4-5 times in a week and sometimes 2 times a day from the past 5 years.Now from past 2 months I got a problem of frequent Urination and everytime when I go to sleep I get urine of small amount in different intervals repeatedly and when i wake up after sleeping for 3-4 hours i get again urine. Now that I visited urine specialist and he gave me medicine.I feel difficult to urinate now.. it takes time to get out.i have to wait for 2 mins in washroom for urine to come out.Please suggest solution except medicine.
