Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Urination

sir, i have urinal problem .after passed urine,i take more than 5 min to complete urine.it comes drop by drop.after taking uroflow,uro dynamics they suggested to take alfoo 10mg tablet.but when i took that at yesterday night,next day morning when i pass urine i feel giddiness.SO I stop alfoo.some one suggested urimax capsule. what i do?
