Suggest Remedy For Discoloration On Thighs With Ingrown Hair

hello, I have inner thigh discoloration due to my thights rub together. I am not big at all, my mother had it and now i have the same thing. I also ingrown hair on the same place. How can i get rid of this? also, will i need to have achemical peel done?
