Suggest Remedy For Dizziness, Altered Taste In Food And Vertigo Like Symptoms

For the past week foods that I eat taste so peppery so that I am not enjoying the taste. I also feel dizzy when going to sleep e.g. I can only lie on my right side
as I have a spinning sensation like vertigo. It also happens when I wake up and attempt to get out of bed.
