Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Balance Issues

Sunday A.M. I experienced dizziness and loss of balance for about 20 to 30 minutes.I am currently taking Methaltrexate for psoriatic arthritis, RX for high choleseterol and high blood pressure. Should I be concerned about this? This is the first time this has happened. I am also a smoker and overweight.
