Suggest Remedy For Downward Pointing Nipples

uh... hi, well, okay, i'm 16 on the pill and my tits grew to a bigger size then they were before, but one thing i've noticed, is that my nipples point downwards, not upwards like most girls my age. i have no idea how long it has been this way, but i just noticed the difference from other girls recently, is there any way i can fix them (other then some surgery) and could you help me on why this has happened?
