Suggest Remedy For Dry And Peeling Skin

so im dumb and i picked at a sore from a pimple... well i was told that the tanning heat kill bacteria so i went ahead and tanned.. i get home and the skin is extremely dry.. i peel the skin... the skin is now red so i put aloe plant on it. now its a disgusting brown. i can't even look at it.... HELP!!! prom is in a week!! :(
