Suggest Remedy For Dry And Reddish Skin On Body

hi Doc,my skin is dry and has become reddish on some parts of my body,for ie on upper part of thighs as well as on my lower abdomen and its feels itiching on night times,pl suggest me some remedy,as per my Doc I am Allergic to Dermatitis,this same problem had been occured in past before one and a houlf year back.
