Suggest Remedy For Dry, Cracked, Red Spots On Fingertips

dear doctor, i am 32 years old female from India. for last 3 months i have noticed that i have developed dry, crack and red spot on my all fingertips sometimes it pain and irritates. most recently i also noticed black spot on my tongue.
could you please suggest me a remedy.
