Suggest Remedy For Dry Hard Sores On Scalp And Body

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? My 4 year old daughter had developes some sores on her scalp and a few on her body that are quite dry and hard.She has been swimming twice in the past 2 days in chlorinated water but I'm not sure if it is related .I have read up on scalp tinea but it is not just on her scalp.Please advise if there is anything we should be doing
