Suggest Remedy For Dry Lips And Red Bumps In Corner Of Lip

Hi. I had to go on decadron for 3 days and then a 12 day taper of prednisone for my severe and chronic migraines. I know steroids are autoimmune suppressors and subsequently I have developed several opportunistic infections and side effects. One of the side effects was that my lips became extremely dry and I have developed tiny red bumps on my top lip and in the corners. I have never had oral herpes, but this has happened before yet never as severe. I have been using carmex and avoiding citrus to decrease aggravation in the area. What else can I do and what in the world could this be?
