Suggest Remedy For Dry Palms With Red Bumps On The Fingertips

I have little red bumpes on my finger tips and palms. I recently hurt my back and have been prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. My palms and skin on my fingers feels dry and tight as well. The bumps don t seem to be filled with puss just slightly raised.
