Suggest Remedy For Dry Red Sores & Patches On Arms After Sun Exposure

I have had dry brown patches on my arms for a year or two and when I go in the sun some of them go red like sores and don t heal until winter, when they return to dry brown patches. I also have some on my chest which itch a little sometimes and front of legs. I have seen a doctor and he said to use QV cream as it was dry skin and brown age patches, however that didn t help so I went again and he told me to use Dermaveen mositurising cream but that has just made them even redder. I am 59 years old and weigh 64 kilos and am 163.0cm tall.
