Suggest Remedy For Dry Scaly Spots On Neck

Hello, I am a light skinned person, and recently I started getting these brown oval shaped spots on my neck. They are dry and scaly. It started out with one and every week it seems like more appear. They are located mainly around my neck but they are starting to appear around the shoulder area and chest. I need help please its getting kind of scary. Female/21 years old
