Suggest Remedy For Dry Skin Under Eye

I currently am experiencing very dry skin just below the eyes. It first began under the right eye about 6 weeks ago and about 2 weeks later, the left eye has the same dry skin. I am a fifty three old female, I have an on going hernia problem that I take 1 15mg codeine tablet 4 times a day as needed. I am able to make the prescription last 6 to 8 weeks. I am experiencing menopausal acne around the mouth. I hope this is enough information to allow you to help me. Thank you.
