Suggest Remedy For Dry, White, Flaky And Itchy Patches On Areolas

Hello. I have had dry patches on my areolas for 3 months. They are white and flaky, sometimes itchy and then red eventually and crack if I do not put lotion or something on them. I have been using dermotic oil on them and it has stopped the flaking, itchiness, cracking and redness but now where the patches are it is a lighter color than the rest of my areola. It s not really white but a very light pink, almost white. Is this something I should be worried about? If I stop using the oil the flaking, cracking, and redness will come back in two or three days. Please help I am scared it might be breast cancer from symptoms I ve found online
