Suggest Remedy For Dry, White Patches On Skin Along With Eczema

Hello I am a 16 year old girl with an average weight and height. I have had eczema but it seems to be going away. over the last 5 months i have noticed dry white patches on my skin that don't seem to be going away..... do you have any idea what this could be??? my eczema medicine does not help it.
