hi..i'm 18 years old and 4 days ago i was showering and i had no soap, so i used shampoo to wash my body, and i used it on my penis too, the day after that i found that the skin of my penis and my balls have wrinckled and became very dry, also the day after that it became painful to pee...so can you please tell what can i do ?
