Suggest Remedy For Dryness Of Skin On Legs, Arms And Face Post Thyroid Removal Surgery

My skin is getting more and more dry on the legs, arms, face, feet. I have had my thyroid removed and ma levothyroxin. Also have had multiple hyperparathyroids and surgeries. I have a small remnant of a parathyroid that is producing below normal levels. I am taking 3000-4000 mg of calcium combined with D3 and magnesium throughout the day to prevent leg cramps and muscle spasms. I drink plenty of water. Is there anything I can do for the dry skin or is this a result of these conditions? Lotions don t help for long.
