Suggest Remedy For Dull Pain On Right Side Just Under Ribs

I am 68. For about last 4 to 5 years I have been having dull pain on right side just under ribs. Discomfort seems to come on when I have been standing/working for period of time. If I set and relax it seems to help. Past few days the discomfort has been constant. As I sit and type this message it is very slight say 2 on 10 scale. Yesterday had periods when it would have been 5 or 6 . Sat down and it would decrease.
