Suggest Remedy For Ear Ache And Stucked Q-tip In The Ear

Hi, I have cotton from a Q-tip stuck in my ear I put wax remover to remove the cotton but it did not come out, Now I feel like I'm getting an ear ache what should I do? I just lost my job so I dont have no insurance to go to the doctor how can I remove it at home?
