Suggest Remedy For Ear And Throat Pain With Swelling In Jaw

I keep having deep inner ear pain on my right side and right below my jaw it s swollen and it hurts really bad. I get a pulsating tingling pain and my glands swell on the right side of my neck. A few months ago my throat closed shut when my friends left their gas heater on in their RV. Both sides of my throat swelled so bad and my throat closed. It created a lot of pain in both my ears and throat. After that I ve been having problems ever since. Right now the entire side of my neck is so swollen and painful along with my right ear which pops as well. What can I do?
