Suggest Remedy For Ear Infection

Hi i have had an ear infection which started 7 weeks ago it went but tgen i had a noise in my ear which is still there i have been back to the drs 6 times now and all i get is your eardrum is retracted! I am now having another course of antibiotics for yet another ear infection but also a pain in my sinusus and a weird sensation in my head behind but above my ear
