Suggest Remedy For Echo In The Ear

Sir I am suffering from tinnitus since last 7 years in my both ears. It starts after when I met head injury 7 year back. In my right ear feeing echo which was earlier sharp and clear , but now it becomes mild, sound in my left ear is bearable but slight echo in my right ear makes me upset. please suggest me for the cure of this.
