Hi , my name is Vikram and I am suffering from Diabetus Mellitus and a taking 2 tablets of Bigomet SR 1000 gm every day morning and night and my sugar level is now a days showing increasing trend since last 1 month as follows--Fasting 140 and PP -- 180. Please tell me if any higher medicine than Bigomet SR 1 gm.
