Suggest Remedy For Elevated Creatinine And Uric Acid Levels In Blood

My creatanine level is now 1.4 and uric acid is 8.5. I am taking heart medcine after CABG. The docotor has prescribed me , 1. Losartan Potassium and Bisoprulol ( Concor ) . I was not taking much water routinely. Now have started about six glasses a day.
