Suggest Remedy For Elevated Liver Enzymes And Fatty Liver

Hi sre I have fatty liver and mild hepatomology. (Two year before I suffered hepatitis A.that time my lft is too high sgot 8000. Sgpt 7000. Bilurubin 10. ) but now bilrubin 3 Sgot 60 sgpt145 . This count cannot going down.
Now I am in dubai. Please provide me suggetion sir. How to reduse and make lft is normal. Medicine also sir.
