Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

Coital anxiety?
I am a 36 yrs old blk married with so much performance anxiety as of late. My wife lives overseas and i visit once a year for 2 months, things have been fine until the last 2 visits. Cialis has worked for some days and viagra as well but lately i would get hard and completely lose it before going in. My heart start pounding, i feel like i would throw up (actually did a few times), sweating. Awful feeling. My wife has been very supportive but you can see her pain since we are trying to conceive. She is 26 and we want kids but i don't think it is causing it.

I'm totally at my wits end over a problem that serious could cause problem in my marriage, and a lot of heartache for myself, and especially for my wife.
How do I even begin to work through this? How can I cure myself of these crippling psychological issues? I don't think it is physical and now afraid the meds may no longer have effect.
