Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfuntion

I get hard with constant stimulation with hand but I must keep my penis inside my shorts or underwear because once it gets erected if I pull it out I lose boner right away. It doesn't even gives me time to have sexual intercourse with my wife. What is the cause of this problem?
